By Student Voice
Glasgow, United Kingdom – Student Voice, a leading text analytics provider in the UK's education sector, is proud to announce its partnership with University College London (UCL). UCL has chosen to utilise our data analysis services to process student comments across the institution.
Student Voice uses advanced machine learning models to automatically classify and analyse student comments. This technology allows UCL to get immediate, accurate insights into what students are saying about their experiences.
We're eager to start working with UCL, Our platform enables comparison of data from different surveys, which will provide UCL with a complete understanding of their students' feedback.
said Dr Stuart Grey, Founder of Student Voice.
Our technology will enable UCL to contrast their performance with other UK higher education institutions. Moreover, Student Voice will help UCL identify differences in student perspectives based on course, age, gender and nationality.
UCL can now analyse historical survey data from both existing and previous systems, immediately identifying and comparing trends over the years.
"We're confident that our partnership with UCL will contribute to their efforts to improve the student experience through data-driven decisions" added Dr Grey.
